NICHE Start thinking outside the box when thinking of working
from home.
Here are some daily strategies to
help you get through your day.
However bad your "good nights sleep" is when you wake
up, forget about it.When your feet hit the floor. When
I cannot sleep I envision my dream house and walking my
dogs in our woods, hitting the lake. What you think
about most you will create. My kids are older, so when I
get up they are usually gone or still asleep, I like my
husband to be on his way to work when I rise so I have
no conflict to start my day.. (Marriage can be tough)

Daily schedule...
Schedule the time you spend on your advertising..
Schedule when you will get the house 'picked up",
schedule doing laundry. In my house this is done all
day, I have yet to make the kids do their own laundry.
They will be gone soon so I appreciate doing this for
them. Write everything down from picking the kids up to
making dinner to making your follow up calls to your
business training.
EAT RIGHT........I have
found my eating habits are all over the board thus my
energy level is so low. Naps have been a normal part of
my life! I have been thin my entire life but hitting 40
I know I need to recognize my energy has lowered do to
lack of eating right and working out.Eat more, not
less.. This will keep your energy level up. Do Not Eat
until your full. Don't be afraid to put your fork down
while eating, eat slowly, enjoy what your eating. Low
Carbs? I eat middle of the glycemic counter or low carbs.
Your body will not burn the fuel as quickly. Grapefruits, apples, cherries, plain yogurt,
sweet potatoes, red new potatoes, soybeans, carrots,
wild rice, chick peas, kidney beans and green peas all
have a lower index which will help you while your in
front of the computer. Exercise....
Not only do you gain
energy you feel better and look better. I am working on
a exercise book now.. You must get your cardio cooking
for AT LEAST 20 min if your looking to loose any amount
of weight.. So walking the dog is not really going to
count. I am not saying that is not good for your heart,
or your sense of well being, because it is! Work up a
sweat ladies. Consult with your local trainer at a
number of different clubs around the country, or consult
with your doctor. Lift weights.. Ladies you will not
bulk up unless your a body builder. Lift weights and
watch your under arms tighten, your belly firm quicker,
your rear get smaller and tighter. No time? FIND the time. No more excuses. Plug into daily training. Watch "The Secret". That
movie is so powerful. Remember to Dream Big and believe
in your self.
